About Dr. Marc Worden
Born and raised in Missouri, Dr. Worden moved to Texas for dental school and earned his dental degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry for adults and children.
When he’s not practicing dentistry, you’re likely to find Dr. Worden enjoying the East Texas outdoors with his wife, Annika, and their three daughters: Erin, Emma, and Elle. He loves watersports, camping, hiking, and snowboarding. He also enjoys projects around the house and working with his hands.
Here are the answers to some of the more common questions we get.
How often should I see Dr. Worden?
An annual checkup and exam can stop serious issues before they start. And it can quite literally save you thousands of dollars.
If I have a procedure done, will it hurt?
No. Thanks to advanced pain management, we’ve even had root canal patients tell us afterward that they didn’t know we had started!
Can I make an appointment for my child?
Yes. We’re a family dental practice. So, if your kids are 8 years old (or older), then make an appointment. We love having kids around!
Will my child feel comfortable?
With kids (and, frankly, adults!), we’ve noticed that warm faces, kind hearts, and a little bit of fun usually do the trick.
